Vanessa´s various activities allow her to participate in many projects, both pro-bono and advisory work. These projects take her around the globe and allows her to meet amazing people from all orientations, cultures, persuasions and passions. Amazing individuals who are making a huge difference to their communities and the collective.








Vanessa Arelle is a connector, story teller, story maker, strategic advisor and creative actionist. A tech startup investor, and social entrepreneur who in early 2016 founded The TZ Group - a a social enterprise created to support positive emotional and personal development among youth through a movement to break social, cultural and systemic taboos by encouraging and inspiring dialogue, action and seeking help when approaching difficult subjects such as Mental Health, Pressures, Abuse, Puberty, Substances, Bullying, Sexuality, Identity and Eating Disorders. Inspired by wonder, connection, confidence and empathy.

A regular contributor for Vogue Mexico and Vogue Latin America. Vanessa acted as Head of Cultural Affairs for Mexico in the UK, from 2011 to 2015, supporting programs in art, culture, and heritage. In 2015 she was involved in brokering the merger of Ilios Mexico to Solar City now Tesla Solar in a merger that opened Solar City’s first International expansion outside of the US and into the industrial sector.

Since1997, Vanessa has been actively involved in philanthropic, fundraising and social development projects many of them with a global outreach and impact. She currently serves as a trustee of Fashion Revolution and Vanessa serves on the board of Remake, a San Francisco based advocacy organization that is igniting a conscious consumer movement. Remake's immersive journeys into maker communities and stories rebuild human connections between the women who buy and create our fashion. Advisory Board Member of London Business School's Out in Business Club and their yearly EurOut Conference. She regularly collaborates with non-profit and NGO´s across the globe supporting their strategy and programs in the sustainability, diversity, equality and human rights.

From 2009 to 2017 she was on the board of Art Production Fund, a member of Women for Women International Leadership Circle from 2013 to 2016, on the advisory board of the David Roberts Art Foundation from 2014 to 2016 and fellow at Legatum Institute from 2015 to 2017.
